Subtle bouquet with notes of lime, grapefruit, mirabelle plum, apple and some undergrowth. Full and juicy on the palate, with lots of yellow fruit and a beautiful texture as well as herbal-spicy nuances. Long finish with a subtle ginger spiciness.
