Ripe ruby red. Somewhat restrained nose, aromas of sour cherry and plum, with a hint of smoked bacon. Medium intensity on the palate, the ripe acidity is well integrated and in balance with the vivid tannins. Finishes long on chalky minerality and fine savouriness.
