Aromas of ripe cherries, blueberry and smoky, spiced hints in medium intensity on the nose. There's a middling breadth on the palate with a core of cherry. The vivid, somewhat boisterous tannins are balanced by a beautiful acidity and create good length. Spicy notes on the finish.
