Brilliant, intense straw yellow with green notes. Clear and present nose, with notes of gooseberry, elderflower and some apricot, underpinned by sage. Racy and clear in attack and finish, opens with rich, fresh fruit, round and balanced, rests in itself, then fine salty notes and a long finish.
