The white wine Sauvignon Lafóa DOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Schreckbichl - Colterenzio has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant straw yellow with light green notes. Opens with notes of sage, subtle hints of flint, gooseberry and some elderflower, crisp. Juicy and appealing on the palate, shows lots of fresh fruit at the front, salty, a little hard and angular at the back, still needs ageing.
