Brilliant, intense ruby with a slight purple tinge. Very precise nose with clearly defined fruit, lots of dark currants, some blackberry, dark chocolate in the background. In the approach distinctive dark berryish fruit, then opens with a lot of tannin, unfortunately drying out, seems quite rough in the finish, needs time.
