Tasting Notes
Medium, somewhat dull yellow. Bouquet with initial notes of ripeness, hints of citrus, flint, hazelnuts. Strong attack on the palate, quite opulent, dense, juicy, crisp acidity, also a hint of carbonic acid, fine sweetish melting. Slight bitterness on the finish. Impressive, classic Räuschling, heading towards its peak.
