The white wine Weiss, vintage 2023 from the winery Schwarzenbach Weinbau has been rated in 2024 by Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignac, Riesling Sylvaner, Pinot Noir from the region Lake Zurich in Switzerland.
Discreet nose with notes of mango, grapefruit and nectarine. There are also hints of white flowers and herbal-spicy nuances. Balanced on the palate, with ripe acidity, aromas of tropical fruit and yellow stone fruit and a subtly sweet finish.
