Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. On the nose, a subtle herbal savouriness, nuances of peach and pear, candied mandarin zest, a mineral touch and a hint of lemon. Complex, taut and tightly woven, juicy and creamy, with fine acidity and a very long, salty finish with hints of tannin and grapefruit. A classy wine with great ageing potential.
