The sekt Rosé Réserve, vintage 2018 from the winery Sektmanufaktur Schloss Vaux has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
The nose is still yeasty, but already expresses a very clear and nuanced berry fruit. The palate structure is finely chiseled, salty, the extremely fine mousse refreshes without nagging the palate. A decidedly cultivated drink, subtle and substantial at the same time, great length, disarming elegance.
