It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Disgorged 12/23. Wax, red apple, and some blossom honey on the nose. On the palate this Sekt shows a vinous side, with full-bodied, ripe fruit and a well-integrated acidity behind the rather brisk mousse. The vineyard influence is clearly recognisable.
