It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Subtly yeasty and also a hint of tertiary, nutty undertones, apple. On the palate the linear structure in combination with the fine, dense mousse drives the wine forward, a delicate varietal spiciness appears early on in the palate flavour, the taut acid nerve envelops everything.
