Raspberry, subtle herbal tones, some new oak. On the palate dense, intensely mineral, with grippy, fresh tannins, supple, broad body, firm acidity, a wine with tension and great ageing potential, which all in all still seems extremely young.
More about the tastingQuite closed. Some wood, Pinot Noir berries and undergrowth. Smooth attack, good volume, a dense body, with buttery tannins, relaxed and rich, but also juicy and bundled. A Breisgau Grand Cru.
