Tasting from 20.02.2026: Ulrich Sautter

An initially open, local aroma: caramel, red currant, slate spice, red gooseberry. A hint of chocolaty wood. The palate opens with melting and fullness, then unfolds an immensely fine, yet dense tannin structure, the acidity appears concentrated, but remains seamlessly fused with the body. Extremely elegant and mineral.
