Wonderful nose, reminiscent of freshly brewed rooibos tea; also Szechuan pepper, rosehip and a hint of sour cherry. The palate is taut and straightforward. Wild in the most positive sense, with depth and complexity. The acidity provides drive and is ideally balanced with the intense minerality.
