Tasting Notes
Fresh espresso powder, venison sausage meat, cranberries and white pepper. It all seems very harmonious. The strong minerality makes a powerful impression on the palate. The somewhat austere structure of the wine is already softening. The finish is almost endless.
More about the tastingIntense fruit, wild raspberry, cherry, mint. The palate structure shows enormous density, but still seems juicy and elegant, almost delicate despite the rich and certain ageing potential extract, intense minerality, tobacco notes on the finish. Certain ageing potential!.
