Herbs such as thyme, rosemary and mint characterise the initial aroma, along with ripe citrus fruits, dense and multi-layered. On the palate, the taut acidity draws the ripe yellow flavours together. Compact texture, lively acidity, extract sweetness with delicate minerality, long, nobly matured.
