The white wine «Rotschiefer« Reil Sorentberg Riesling, vintage 2018 from the winery Sorentberg has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Shimmering golden yellow in the glass. The nose is savoury with ripe, tropical fruit, lime blossom honey and toffee. On the palate, the noticeably warm extract sweetness is a reflection of the warm vintage. Underpinned by elegant, fine acidity, grippy phenolics flavours, with traction and minerality.
