The white wine »Rotschiefer« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Sorentberg has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
The nose develops a scent of orange zest, green apple, beeswax and a light, distinctive note of petrol. Delightfully juicy on the palate with fine phenolics and attractive fruit, all balanced by a good acid backbone. Elegant and light on its feet.
