The rather restrained aroma of apple and citrus fruit with some wood savouriness, quince and caramel are also vivid. The palate is characterised by a pronounced and vivid acidity that provides life in a juicy ambience. Dry and clear in its impression, fine savoury and smoky aromas and again citrus notes in the elegant finish.
