The white wine Freiburg Schloßberg Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Stiftungsweingut Freiburg has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Baden in Germany.
Orange blossom, blood orange, dried lemon peel, a little lavender, but also rhubarb. On the palate, the supple base is a sign of the warmth of the region, the texture of the sun and the tactile mineral backbone of the gneiss soil. Distinctly terroir-driven, quite dry, very good length.
