Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Clear, medium yellow. On the nose brioche, apple peel, pear, some mineral underlay and slate notes. Fine mousse, gripping acidity, spice, apple, harmonious sweetness, nuances of nutmeg; very gastronomic, good structure, individual throughout. If sparkling wine is made in a sweet style, then this is a fine exemplar.
