Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Rich, clear yellow. On the nose dried fruits, lots of sultana, fir tree honey, lemon balm and mint, underlaid with minerality. On the palate a lot of tension and texture, spicy with forest floor, honey and dried apricot nuances, densely integrated with lot of potential. Ample power but also elegant.
