Tasting from 23.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Medium, clear yellow. On the nose fine spiciness, apricot, some pineapple, ripe citrus fruit, grapefruit. On the palate good balance between acidity and fruit sweetness, phenolics, apricot and peach. A harmonious, calm, elegant structured wine.
