The red wine Nambrot Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Tenuta di Ghizzano has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich ruby red, almost impenetrable in its depth. An intriguing nose, full of fine currant notes with black pepper and cigar box in behind. On the palate it's markedly harmonious, with lots of juicy fruit. It feels like it's resting within itself before vivid tannins mingle with a vibrant acidity. Persistent, spiced finish.
