The red wine Veneroso Terre di Pisa DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta di Ghizzano has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, shiny ruby colour with light garnet-red tinges. Powerful, savoury nose of blueberry confit with hints of cedar wood, forest floor and some tar. Direct on the palate, with ripe fruit, on tightly woven tannins, still appears somewhat youthful.
