The red wine Nambrot IGT, vintage 2011 from the winery Tenuta di Ghizzano has been rated in 2015 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby with purple shimmers. Impressive and dense nose, opens with intense notes of elderberries and blackberries, underpinned by subtle chocolate tones. The palate is rich and dense, lots of dark berry fruit, plus grippy, tightly woven tannins, the finish is long with lots of juicy fruit.
