Ripe spiciness, bay leaf, almond skin, truffle, powerful volume in maturity although not a bit tired. Smooth, silky flow, mild and mellow fullness, lively despite restrained acidity, even showing further fruit reserves on the finish. It is a multi-layered Burgundian with warmth, spiciness and depth.
