Intense, light peach-pink colour. Herbal savouriness, ripe apricots and cold smoke on the nose, slightly lactic tones, some yeast. Rich fruit on the palate, good freshness, beautifully full-bodied, with a delicate grip on the finish, somewhat chewy in the aftertaste.
