A brilliant straw yellow colour with a silver sheen and a persistent finish. Delicate yeasty notes, elegant on the nose, with a slight hint of bread crust and candied lemon zest, also cold smoke and wet stone. A fine and gentle mousse on the palate, a crisp core, extremely fresh with a long, juicy finish, wonderfully juicy and bright.
