Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with a delicate mousse. A clear and clean nose of fresh pear, white flowers and grapefruit juice, with hints of sea salt and wet stone. Savoury and full-bodied on the palate, with a superbly integrated mousse and beautiful tension, with a salty finish.
