Tasting Notes
Strong new wood, vanilla and caramel candy, some yeast in the background. Finally raspberry, Ricola herbal sugar. Fine-grained palate, very fine tannins and a good amount of drive, rather mild acidity, powerful but integrated alcohol, beginning maturity, a good food companion.
