The red wine Poggio Teo Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Valiano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shiny ruby with light rim. Initially shows pronounced notes of herbs, some thyme and lemon balm on the nose, behind which beautiful cherry fruit. Round and juicy in the attack and course, very well integrated tannin, supple.
