Medium green yellow in colour. Quite cool and fresh for the vintage, the slate is here in front of the fruit, which remains elegantly in the background and is therefore all the more enticing. Fine raciness on the palate, wonderfully playful and elegant, pleasantly juicy, herbal-spicy notes in the finish, dusty minerality, absolutely appetising. A great Riesling from an abundant year.
