Tasting Notes
Day one: a floral and at the same time slate-spicy aroma, fresh and balsamic in one, lemon balm, lime, a hint of bergamot, lavender. The palate is completely introverted, dense, demanding, with a salty bite and lots of tension, a whole cosmos on the head of a pin, big. Day two: The stony slate spice has become even more forceful. Orange. In the mouth it is no longer quite so introverted, but everything is still tightly woven together, immensely dense, vibrating with inner power. Day three: More yeast than before, orange, balsamic slate spice. Now almost hard on the palate, with an enormous amount of extract, gripping, very long. But again totally introverted.
