Bright, flint greenish yellow. Fragrant nose, expressive of freshly squeezed lemon, grapefruit, some flint, ripe star fruit, green apple on the finish, fresh. On the palate with a salty undertone, clear and pure, vertical, with plenty of drive, slight bitterness on the finish.
