The white wine »500« Chardonnay, vintage 2022 from the winery Viermorgen has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
On the powerfully aromatic nose, notes from the wood aging combine with ripe mango, passion fruit and pear. Juicy and supple on the palate, the powerful, firm texture is supported by a vivid acidity, with slightly green notes and some green walnut, this is a dry, ambitiously designed wine that is still young.
