Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a generously baroque ruby red colour. On the nose it is characterized by a rich fine oak spiciness, some bourbon vanilla, rumtopf, and cherry compote. On the palate it is lively with a strong drive, unfolding nicely, with good juiciness, and slightly noticeable oak tannins. It is grippy, crisp, and fresh on the finish, and it is an individual wine.
