Tasting from 24.09.2020: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Elegant, deep shining ruby red. On the nose hints of balsamic and iodine, tomato sauce and strawberry jam. Opens on the palate with red berry fruit and noticeable use of wood, compact core with beautiful density, savoury course, a little dry on the finish, improves with air.
