The red wine Cabernet Riserva Colli Euganei DOC, vintage 2007 from the winery Vignalta has been rated in 2020 by Kiem Othmar, Staffler Simon with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc from the region Veneto in Italy.
Deep garnet with a brightening, brick coloured rim. A nose of green savouriness, maggi herb, tar, dried tomato and dried rose petal. The tertiary notes are clearly in the foreground. The palate then reveals clear, polished fruit, vivid and tightly woven tannins, beautifully taut, salty, with a minimal aftertaste, exciting overall!
