Pale yellow gold with green reflections. Herbal bouquet of lemon balm, thyme and mint, underpinned by ripe pear and yeasty notes. Smooth, juicy palate with lively acidity, fine mousse, medium body. Tasty, fresh finish with a hint of quince. Good aperitif.
