The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Villa Canestrari has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Clear, rich garnet red. Very intense and appealing nose of lily blossom, then lots of prune and raspberry. Smooth and with juicy and rich fruit on the palate, opens with well integrated tannin, grippy.
