The red wine Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Villa S. Anna has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Mammolo, Canaiolo, Colorino, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby red with bright core. A bit restrained on the nose, soft cherry and blood orange. The palate displays fresh fruit and nice juiciness, but shows loosely knit tannins and remains rough and drying on the finish.
