Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Shimmering cherry red with a dark core. Rich, earthy nuances stream onto the nose, bay leaf and cedar, then blackberry compote and some blood, very complex. Full-bodied on the palate, interwoven tannins, full-bodied, dense, quite individual in character, then stops a little at the back.
