Tasting Notes
Medium brick red with a dark core. Subtle aroma of blackberry jelly, some tar and smoke, dark chocolate in the background. Lively on the tongue, velvety tannins, clear, smooth on the palate, lingering with medium length and grapefruit notes.
More about the tastingBright ruby red. Fresh cherries, ripe raspberries and some wild berries on the nose, delicate white pepper savouriness. Opens up very fresh on the palate with crisp, crunchy acidity, develops slightly drying on the tongue, slightly tangy on the finish.
