Tasting from 27.08.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby with a cherry-red rim. Delicate aroma of cranberry and cedar, slightly gingerbread, wrapped in the finest leather savouriness. Builds on a full-bodied structure, lots of wood savouriness, interwoven tannins with light salt, then quite drying on the finish.
