Clear cassis fruit, also redcurrant, nothing jammy and just the right hint of wood. A clear Lafite blueprint on the palate: with fine, yet structuring tannins, balanced proportions and mineral salinity. Strong alcohol, but completely countered by extract. Fruity finish, good length. Already a pleasure - but can also grow-up.
