Tasting Notes
Deep carmine garnet, dark core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Delicately herbal and savoury black forest berry confit, some nougat and tobacco, crème de cassis and liquorice in the background. Juicy, pronounced in fruit ripe cherry fruit, round firs, blackberry confit on the finish, chocolaty aftertaste, salty notes on the finish, a full-bodied food companion that is already well developed.
