On the nose, a subtle wood savouriness, subtle nuances of red berries, background hints of quince, blossom honey and candied lime, develops well with air. A well balanced style with subtle nuances of yellow pome fruit, a creamy texture, subtle acidity and a touch of sweetness on the long, mineral-salty finish. An approachable, easy drinking wine.
