Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2015

Initially very reductive and closed in the glass, clears up with plenty of oxygen in notes of dark chocolate and elderberry syrup. Goes well with grilled steak. Should not be enjoyed too warm from a large glass. The wine will also benefit from a year of ageing.
